General Terms and Conditions of Sale

They apply to every order placed on montpellier.tennis or with Stéphane Copuroglu: lessons, gift cards, video analyses, online coaching and strength and conditioning programmes. The French version prevails.

Updated on

1. The seller

  • Stéphane Copuroglu, sole trader (EI), trading as Stéphane Copuroglu Sport & Coaching.
  • SIRET 508 465 473 00017, 7 avenue Saint-Lazare, 34000 Montpellier, France. Contact: [email protected].
  • Sports instructor, professional card no. 03405ED0104 (Hérault prefecture).

2. Prices

  • Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI).
  • The applicable price is the one displayed when you order. The price of a gift card you design is worked out on the page and worked out again at payment, from the same grid.

3. Order and payment

  • Online payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on Stripe’s secure page. The order is binding once payment is accepted; a receipt is emailed straight away.
  • Monthly coaching is a subscription charged every month on the same date, with no minimum term; it can be cancelled at any time from the link you receive by email and ends at the end of the period already paid for.
  • For a video analysis or a game plan, the video must be sent within 3 months of the order.
  • Lessons at the club or at home can also be paid in cash, by bank transfer, PayPal or Revolut.

4. The gift card

  • It is personal, numbered and valid for 6 months from its date of issue. It can be used in one or several goes, for the formats it names; a card for a chosen amount is valid for every format on the site.
  • Paid online, it is emailed as a PDF, usually within the hour. The recipient books their lessons, or starts their format, by getting in touch. A gifted subscription covers one month, with no renewal.
  • After the withdrawal period it is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. A lesson not taken before the card expires is lost; an extension can be granted for a justified reason (injury, moving house).

5. Right of withdrawal

  • For any distance purchase, you have 14 days from the order to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to [email protected]. The refund is made within 14 days, to the payment method used.
  • Gift card: fully refundable within 14 days, as long as it has not been used.
  • Video analysis, game plan, programme: by paying, you ask for the service to start before the period ends. If you withdraw once it has started, the part already delivered remains payable; a service fully delivered before the period ends no longer carries a right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
  • A lesson booked for a given date can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before; after that it remains payable, except for rain or an unplayable court, in which case we reschedule it.

6. Videos and data

  • Videos you send are used only for the analysis ordered; they are never published or passed on, and are deleted 3 months after delivery.
  • Video of a minor is only analysed with the written consent of one of their parents.
  • Your order data is kept for delivery and accounting. Access, correction, deletion: [email protected]. Details in the legal notice.

7. Complaints

  • Any complaint goes first to [email protected]; I reply within 7 days.
