Personal data and cookies

• This site sets no cookies. The contact form stores nothing: it drafts an email or a WhatsApp message that you send yourself.
• Online payment takes place on Stripe’s secure page (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland): your card details never pass through this site. Stripe sends me your name, email address and order, kept for delivery and accounting (10 years for accounting records).
• For a gift card, the card number, what it covers, the names and message you wrote, your name and your email address are kept in a private register (Cloudflare D1, hosted in the European Union): it is used to check the card and count down the lessons, until the card expires and then for as long as accounting requires. The card is turned into a PDF by Cloudflare Browser Rendering and emailed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris). None of these services uses it for anything else.
• Traffic is measured anonymously, with no cookies and no personal data (Cloudflare Web Analytics): only the number of visits per page is known.
• Messages received by email or WhatsApp are used only to reply to you and organise your lessons; they are never passed on to anyone.
• You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
